Rascals Castles email may get stuck in some email Spam or Junk Filters

1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Save Address(es)" at the top of the message header.

GoogleMail If you are using GoogleMail to view your emails.
1. Open the email message.
2. Click on the "New Contact" icon on the top left hand corner.
3. Add details.
4. Click on "Save" at the top.

Yahoo! Mail If you are using Yahoo to view your emails.
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Add to Address" icon.
3. The name and email address from email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4. Click "Save".

Microsoft Office Outlook If you are using Microsoft Outlook to view your emails.
1. Open the email message.
2. On the toolbar at the top, click on "Safe Lists", then on "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List".

MSN If you are using MSN to view your emails.
1. Open the email message.
2. Click on "Mark as safe" at the bottom.

AOL If you are using AOL to view your emails.
1. Open the email message.
2. Click "Add to Address" icon.
3. The name and email address from email are pre-populated in the Add Contact pop-up. Verify that the information in these fields is correct.
4. Click "Save".
