I would like to thank your team very much for the service and support they provided on Saturday 20th July 2019.

I had booked a princess castle for my daughters 4th birthday party, only no one turned up to open the venue for us.

I apologise for not getting the name of the delivery driver but he couldn't have been any more patient or helpful in trying to resolve the issue for us.

We were able to go ahead with the party, outside, thanks to his consideration and ability to get a generator for us.

The children had a lovely party and for that we are very grateful for his efforts.

All went very well, the castle and slide and hoppers were very much loved by the children, they had really good fun.

We had no issues with any of them during the party and the set up and collection were very well managed by Aaron.

I would just like to say thank you for everything yesterday. Everything was set up and ready to go when we got there and the children had the time of their lives. Many of ours come from deprived backgrounds so for some this was the first experience of a bouncy castle! The Sumo suits were a real hit as well - they were used literally all day! I would be very happy to use your company again for future bookings

My wife and I want to thank you very much for being a great addition to our special day.
We knew we had a lot of children attending, so we wanted to give them something they could enjoy too.
When the bouncy castle was blowing up, the excitement in their voices and the look on their faces was pure gold.

Rascals Castles absolutely saved my life on Saturday. I had a Disco Dome booked with a different local company for my daughters birthday. She had 15 friends coming and I had booked a hall. On the morning of the party, the other company let me down and both me and my daughter were devastated. I found Rascals had the same Castle and called and left a teary message asking for help. Nathan called me back and was a complete star. He reassured me, checked with his boss for availability and called me straight back to confirm. He text me with an ETA and was there on time and turned the whole day around for us. I can't say enough how easy Rascals are to deal with and what a professional company they are and a special call out to Nathan. You were wonderful, thank you so much. The girls all had an amazing time too and we would defo recommend the Disco Dome.

Had a great day! 21 years of age with a mental age of a 5yr old :D:D.
So nice to have a company that supplies adult castles so anyone can enjoy themselves. Turned up on time
and were very friendly and professional. We even managed to keep the castle overnight when they turned up to pick it up... Now that's a strong plus I respect them for allowing that on short notice.

The "Finding Nemo" bouncy castle was a fantastic addition to our grandson's fifth Birthday Pool Party on a gorgeous sunny day. Our granddaughter declared it the "best party ever" and wants exactly the same for her party.

Booked a castle with slide for our daughter's 4th party. The service was excellent, from the personable booking enquiries process to the 'man in a van' on the day, who was punctual, polite, professional and quick to put it up and take it down again. They knew the local hall, what would fit and how. Would definitely use them again. NO FAULTS whatsoever - sadly so rare nowadays!
